Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has approximately 500 PCs (desktops & laptops), that runs Windows XP Operating System and for a long time they are using this.
In May 2009, BIAL got an opportunity to deploy the Windows 7 on their system. Since then they installed it on 75 computers across their office. After deployment they evaluated several new and upgraded features like enhanced security, faster response etc.
Within few months they came up with the result : " 25 % Cost Reduction, Enhanced Security, Employee Productivity Improvement ".
So, the Big Question is that How they achieved all these ?
